Shellie, I'm glad you found this.  I lost my copy some time ago.  What
is below is probably my FIRST posting on the Schwasinger/Hildebrand
"case" or "scam" whichever it is.  First thing to know is that this
whole matter is what got me into studying "conspiracy" ideas in the
first place.  If there is one thing I have learned since I started
trying to learn about this stuff--is that you simply cannot tell who
is lying who is telling the truth and who just doesn't know what they're
talking about.  I'm giving this the same distribution as I have all
the postings on this topic since posting the petition so that all of
this receives the light of day.

The complete comments in the message sent from me below, to the Internet
in Oct. 1993 was given to me by my father, from a meeting that he
attended.  He was (still is) very excited about it.  It was all news
to me, i.e. government conspiracy, etc.  So, I posted it to alt.conspiracy,
which immediately generated some discussion among other people interested
in investigating this to find out what was true or not in the subsequent
months.  There was a general consensus that it was a scam; I took the
same approach to my father that it was a scam, but over the months he
would not let go of it and insisted that it was not a scam.  Some
more months passed where I paid no attention to it, hoping my father would
also forget about it...but he kept pressuring me (and my brother) to
file a claim with these people.  I didn't then, and I still haven't.

As some of you will know, I posted some questions and info about this
group (my father keeps passing me info), a month or so ago when I asked
alt.conspiracy readers (and others) to help me "SOLVE THE SCHWASINGER/
HILDEBRAND PUZZLE" -- I didn't really get much response, certainly no
one offering proof that it was a scam.  I offered some opinions on why
if it's a scam haven't the organization been shut down by the feds yet,
etc.  I still can't answer this.  So, I just took it as reasonable doubt.

All I  am doing is posting the information as I receive it so that if
one side of the argument or not is true or false, all the information
is out for public scrutiny.  Since posting this petition, I have also
widely posted the responses and rebuttals between John Smyder (the person
who put the petition on the net in the first place) and Bill Cooper
(who recently took over leadership of the Constitution Party).  I am
only interested, as I said in my request to "SOLVE THE PUZZLE" to get
all sides of the information into the public, including, hopefully,
and finally, THE TRUTH.

But, I maintain that I do not know what that is.  I never claimed that
I do, and I don't claim that I do now.

If this is truly a scam, in which CA has been able to bilk millions
of $$ from people all over the country for the past couple years, then
let's get to the detailed truth of it and put the conspirators behind
the scam, behind bars.  Why don't these people who claim to be so smart
in stating "off the cuff" that this is an obvious scam, go to the
Federal Law enforcement agencies, as well as the relevant State ones,
and do something about this?  Why haven't they done it in over a year?

The guy typing it (me) was reading it from a piece of paper received
from my father, reportedly received from the "claims organization"...how was
I supposed to know on Oct 10, 1993 that these guys were "scam artists".

Linda, I've seen many posts on the Internet in the past from people who
claim that you are an "agent provacteur" mostly based upon your efforts
to have an armed rebellion in DC last Dec... Note:  I'm not accusing you
of that, but hey "that's what I heard."

Do you get my point?  There is no way for any of us to know what is true
and what is not, including who's telling the truth and who is intentionally
lying.

Linda, this wasn't "designed" to do anything, other than to pass on
the notes from my father, as they were given to me.  If I had had the
ability to simply scan in all the stuff into an ASCII format I would
have done that.  I posted this within days of hearing about it from
my father.  I posted to alt.conspiracy, in the hopes that people who
have been studying and discussing such matters for so long might have
been able to help me get to the bottom of it, and the way my father
gave me the info. it sounded like it was extremely urgent that this
info. get posted asap.

At the risk of being repetitive, (and growing tired of being
defensive)...WHY DON'T THEY LOCK THESE PEOPLE UP?  I'm pretty
pissed off myself that I've been used in this way. But, I can
assure you I am only an ordinary person who happens to have thought
it would be a good idea to post the information as I've been
receiving it.  In fact, if my efforts (even if it all proves to

this to the light of day so this scam can be stopped, then somehow
I guess this whole episode would be worth it.

You have convinved me that this IS a SCAM. I will stop questioning
it.  (I'm sure Bill will also be glad to hear this).. Linda, why
didn't you send your reply (above) back to me when I posted this,
you could have saved me a lot of trouble.

I don't know who's side everyone is one anymore, but I can only
speak for myself.  I am on the side of the people and the Constitution
of the united Stated of America.
